Nicolò Fabbrizio is a Partner at Gerson Preston where he provides assurance and tax advisory services to its clients that are both domestically and internationally based. Fabbrizio joined Gerson Preston in 2017 after spending over 10 years at PwC between Italy and the United States.

International tax matters with a focus on Italian investors that decide to expand to the United States. He provides assistance with planning and compliance considerations in connection with establishing a US structure. When a US presence is established, Nicolò supports his clients during their growth and development providing them with the administrative, tax compliance, and consulting services they need.
Works closely with other firm’s specialists to provide valuation, forensic, and transfer pricing services to his clients.
Coordinates and executes financial statement audits, including audits of IFRS multinational companies with operations in different territories.
During his career he served in large multi-location engagements and public companies including the following: Bacardi, Carnival Group, Norwegian Cruise Lines, L’Oreal Group, Fincantieri, Bureau Veritas, and Registro Italiano Navale.
Nicolò graduated in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in business from Universita’ degli Studi di Genova in Genoa, Italy and he is a CPA under Italian Law / Dottore Commercialista.
