William Anderson has more than 20 years of experience in public & private accounting, concentrating in the areas of taxation and accounting.  Mr. Anderson began his career in 1998 working for a large public accounting firm headquartered in Florida.

Prior to joining Gerson Preston, Mr. Anderson was a controller for a real estate investment company based in Florida that operated throughout the United States.

Mr. Anderson joined the firm in 2008, concentrates his practice on real estate, retail, income and estate planning, manufacturing, international tax, and business consulting.  In addition, Mr. Anderson has extensive experience representing clients during federal and state tax audits.

Mr. Anderson received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in accounting from the University of Miami in 1996 and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami in 1997. Mr. Anderson is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.  In 2012, Mr. Anderson received the AICPA designation of “Chartered Global Management Accountant” (CGMA).
