Dorothy began her career working for a large New York City firm and then joined Gerson Preston in 1993. She has experience representing clients during federal and state tax audits and successfully handled and negotiated assessments that minimize clients’ exposure. Over the tenure of her career, she has cultivated a significant background of knowledge across several industries including healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, retail, and professional services.

She is an Emeritus Board Member and Past President of The Women’s Edge, an organization comprised of female executives dedicated to providing mentorship and resources to help women grow their own businesses.
